New to wild swimming?
What kit do you need?
Here are the essentials and desirables.
If you have booked an introductory session with me, please do not feel you have to go out buying. Let me know if there is anything on the essential list that you cannot source. It's easier to arrive for your session with your swimwear already on under your clothing. Wear layers of warm, comfortable clothing that's easy to take on and off and don't skip breakfast on a swim day!
