Thursday 2, January 3pm Black Sands, Aberdour SALUTATION: An expression of greeting by gesture. Let's welcome the year ahead by surrendering to the sea and all of it's benefits. Forget resolutions and new leaves, we are good enough as we are. Instead, we will come together to celebrate what we love, flood our bodies with happy hormones and practice gratitude for all that we have. After our guided salutation swim, we'll warm up with soup and a post-swim snack! (both provided) *This water is cold! Tow floats essential (I can loan these). Consider wearing a wetsuit if you are not acclimatised. *Access - Moderate - Flat sandy terrain. Concrete ramp alternative to steps down to beach. Fairly steep hill (paved) down to seafront from car park.
