March, 29 SATURDAY 10:00-11:30 approx Preceding Mothers Day (Sun 30th). Whatever Mothers Day brings for you, I invite you to join me for a Cold Water Therapy swim the day before, to help you through. You might be looking for a boost of energy for Sunday, or feeling the need to escape and reflect. I have chosen Loch Lubnaig not only for it's outstanding beauty and good access but because it's a place I love to remember my own Mum. I will be bringing the campfire (weather permitting) and a selection of chocolates to reward ourselves after our dip in the cold. I would love for you to join me. *Completion of Intro Session and/or cold water/outdoor swimming experience required *What to bring, where to meet and everything you need to know will be detailed in your confirmation email. *The water is cold! Consider wearing a wetsuit if you are not acclimatised. *Tow floats essential *Access level - Good - Flat pathway from car park to loch (just metres) Stoney bank underfoot at the gradual entrance to the loch.
